Your incredible journey kicks off in Ulaanbaatar with a flight to Ulgii city, touching down in Murun city just in time for a hearty lunch. From there, we set our sights on the stunning Khuvsgul Lake – Mongolia’s very own “Blue Pearl.”
Khuvsgul Lake, stretching 136 kilometers long and 36 kilometers wide at 1645 meters above sea level, offers a playground for outdoor enthusiasts. Whether it’s biking, swimming, walking, horseback riding, or hiking, there’s no shortage of adventure in this crystal-clear oasis.
Gear up for an exhilarating day of horse trekking around the breathtaking Khuvsgul Lake. Spend the entire day in the saddle, pausing for a picnic with panoramic views that will leave you utterly captivated.
Get ready to meet the Darkhad people, a unique ethnic group in Mongolia, as you explore the fascinating Darkhad Depression. Engage with a horse instructor, dive into the culture, sample local cuisine, don traditional costumes, and gear up for an upcoming horseback ride to the Tsaatan people.
